We pride ourselves in being a full-time Martial Arts Centre in Kettering, with our own facilities including fully matted training areas suitable for club sparring.

We cater for all age groups and pride ourselves in catering for all levels of experience. We are family friendly for youngsters looking to meet friends, keep fit and learn Taekwon-Do and Kickboxing in safe supportive environment.

For those looking to compete, we provide a gateway to Semi-Contact and Full-Contact competitions.
